Bella Tech Global, Inc. (DBA AMA Meditime) is a proud distributor of Medical Aesthetic equipment and skin care products. We are currently searching for full or part time Repair Technician. The position helps maintain & contribute company’s portfolio of products and help day-to-day tasks assigned. Work as a team for various personnel to increase the company’s market penetration in the Medical Aesthetic industry.
Position Summary
- Examining customers' devices and identifying the cause of breakdowns.
- Performing maintenance work on customers' devices.
- Providing rough estimates to customers on how much it would cost to repair damaged or malfunctioning devices.
- Repairing or replacing defective or damaged devices components upon approval from customers.
- Advising customers on how to use devices correctly.
- Installing various large devices for customers, such as laser devices, ultrasound devices, and radio frequency devices, etc.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
- Assisting Billing customers and collecting payments.
- Proven experience repairing, installing, and maintaining aesthetic devices is preferred, but, not required.
- The ability to use various hand tools.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- The ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic Computer literacy required
- Pay – TBD based on the qualification
- Should be legally able to work in the U.S.
