Primary Responsibilities
Provide excellent day-to-day customer service to clients either in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication.
Support agents and assist with workflow of applications for life products, annuities, retirement plans, and health insurance plans.
Answering incoming calls, and greeting customers.
Qualifications
Korean English bilingual required
Associate, or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Shift Information
This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday, office hours ranging from 8 am to 5 pm.
