Sales Associate
Hitejinro America is looking for a professional, skilled individual to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Responsible for the development and success of supplier portfolio of brands.
Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to capture business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
Maintain relationships with distributors by providing support, information, and guidance.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry.
Prepare and analyze reports to measure sales performance.
Monitor and evaluate competitor's products and services.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by KPI.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.
Support promotional event with the team
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of sales principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must haves a valid Driver’s License
Must be bilingual (Korean/English)
Strong verbal and written skill in Korean
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. without restrictions
Business Travel: 20-30%

$55,000-$65,000 per year
