Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from beginning to end. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, with experience managing both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
 • Plan and oversee the construction project from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget
 • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
 • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure all aspects of the project are on track
 • Manage and allocate resources effectively
 • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
 • Prepare and present progress reports and ensure communication with stakeholders
 • Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
 • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to monitor and ensure quality and safety standards are met
 • Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and permits

Requirements:
