[채용공고] Marketing Operations Manager (eCommerce)
Company Introduction
- iCarCover (Coverland.com) is a fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in premium custom car covers and seat covers. Based in Fullerton, CA, we sell nationwide across the U.S. and work closely with both U.S.- and Korea-based teams. We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to coordinate marketing, product, and eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact between marketing, product, eCommerce, CS, and operations
• Manage marketing campaign and product launch calendars • Coordinate cross-functional projects and timelines
• Improve workflows between marketing and design teams • Communicate clearly in both Korean and English
• Manage team members responsible for sales data and reporting
• Track deliverables, priorities, and shifting timelines
Qualifications
• Fluent in Korean and English (required)
• 3+ years experience in project management, marketing operations, or eCommerce • Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and marketing campaigns
• Prior people management experience preferred
• Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, etc.)
Preferred
• DTC or eCommerce industry experience
• Experience working with CS, operations, or product teams
• Automotive or aftermarket industry experience a plus
Work Conditions
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Hours: Mon–Fri / 9:00AM–6:00PM
• Location: Fullerton, CA
• Salary: Based on experience
