Company Overview
iCarCover is a fast-growing eCommerce company that sells premium-quality car covers and automotive protection products directly to customers across the United States under the brand Coverland.com.
We are currently seeking a Product Coordinator who will serve as a key link between our development team and the on-site fitting/scanning operations, ensuring smooth communication and schedule management.
Position Summary
The Product Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating vehicle scanning and fitting schedules, communicating with external partners and individual dealers, and supporting on-site operations throughout the product development process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to calmly manage multiple moving parts while keeping communication clear and professional.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate vehicle scanning and fitting schedules based on requests from the team
• Communicate with external vendors and individual dealers via phone, message, or visit to confirm schedules
• Manage on-site operation schedules and respond flexibly to last-minute changes
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Work Conditions
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: La Mirada, CA
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skill level
