We are seeking an experienced front desk / receptionist to join our Beverly Hills team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys interaction with clients, experienced in customer services, and enjoys Korean skincare and k-beauty.
This position is focused on front desk and receptionist duties, client experience, retail and package sales transactions, and service recommendations.
Availability to include weekends. Expected schedule is 20hrs per week.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Check clients in and out using POS and booking software
Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings
Recommend skincare services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail products
Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes
Collaborate closely with providers and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
Uphold Hanok K-Beauty's luxury service standards and brand image
Qualifications Required:
Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal) A MUST*
Prior experience in either customer service, front desk, reception, sales, hospitality, or retail
Strong customer service-first approach
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with Korean skincare products, brands, ingredients, and facial services a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic retail, or luxury hospitality environments
Experience working with high-profile clientele, celebrities, athletes, executives, and influencers
