About the Role
Cupshe is seeking candidates with a keen interest in fashion, creative production, marketing, and retail/e-commerce sales strategies for the following internship opportunity. This is a 5-month full time paid internship position, there’s a possibility of extension based on performance. The working schedule is from every Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. The role will directly report to the Creative Manager.
This position is hybrid, it's required to work in the DTLA office 2-3 days a week and work from home the rest of the days.
Job Duties
Assist in the production process of photo shoots (e-comm, editorial, brand campaigns).
pre-styling skill and on-site styling skill (pin& fitting, steaming, pull samples up, shopping, etc.) within mood board and sample deck.
Communicate with agencies and external vendors and Coordinate schedules with internal different departments.
Assist during photo shoots.
Search and list up models and new partnerships with influencers.
Support to producers, conducting location scouting, and participating in on-site travel.
Assisting in preparing props and samples for the entire shooting process.
Performing the role of a stylist assistant.
Providing assistance in shopping and managing returns related to shooting preparation and completion.
Offering logistic support for photo shoots, including transporting equipment, racks, and props to the location.
Assisting in post-production tasks.
Conducting behind-the-scenes (BTS) shooting via phone.
Actively cooperating and providing support in collaboration with other teams for various tasks.
Skills & Experience
Preferred majors: Apparel Design, Styling, Visual Design.Film art or production
6 months to 1 year of experience in fashion companies, creative agencies, styling
Strong networking and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with external contractors.
Preferably a vehicle owner.
Who can lift up 25 lbs.
Proficiency in the Adobe suite is a plus
Essential English communication and writing skills. Proficiency in Chinese and Korean is a plus.
