Company The Osen Group is a dynamic and growing restaurant group, known for Izakaya Osen and Omakase by Osen. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant with an interest in social marketing to join our team.
Job Description
* Respond to customer reviews on Yelp and Google
* Assist in writing and compiling various reports
* Provide support to the Marketing Manager with various tasks
* Manage and organize office files and documents
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
* Eligible to work in the United States
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Interest in social media marketing and online community engagement
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Hours
* Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
* Part-Time options available as well
