Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various accounting software to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities
-Process accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records of all payments received.
-Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
-Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
-Assist in the collection of outstanding debts through effective negotiation and customer service skills.
-Utilize accounting software (Quickbooks) for data entry and financial reporting.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions related to billing inquiries and payment disputes.
-Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account analysis.

Requirements
-No experience is needed for this position as we will provide full training.
-Korean and English bilingual is a plus.
-Job Type: Full-time

월요일 – 금요일 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm (Lunch 30minutes)
