Overview
The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR leader supporting all people operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, training and development, HR policies, immigration support, minimal payroll coordination, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, creative, production, artist operations, and executive positions.
Manage onboarding, orientation, employee records, HRIS administration, and offboarding processes.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, and corrective action.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, training programs, and workplace initiatives.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Support immigration, visa, and global mobility matters for artists, executives, and employees as needed.
Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and people analytics to support business decisions.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within entertainment, music, media, or a fast-paced creative environment.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
*Korean language proficiency required as substantial portion of responsibilities involve direct communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Compensation
80K - 95K Depending on experience
