We are an automotive e-commerce company based in Fullerton, California, and we’re currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We welcome candidates of all experience levels who are responsible, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Process daily orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all order details are verified and properly recorded in internal systems
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records, including invoices, shipping documents, and internal reports
• Perform data entry tasks and generate routine reports to support business operations and decision-making
• Assist with general office administration, including supply management, scheduling, and coordination of internal communications
• Support accounting-related tasks such as basic bookkeeping, invoice tracking, and assisting with QuickBooks entries when applicable
• Coordinate with different departments to fulfill administrative requests and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide support for special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Conditions & Benefits
• Location: Fullerton, CA
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekend work or overtime
