Position : Accounting Associate
Job Type : Full Time
Position Type : Non-Exempt
Pay : Starting from $24/hr (Negotiable)
Duties:
-Create accurate invoices
-Process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate invoices
-Enter bills into the accounting system and prepare them for payment approval.
-Assist in the payment processing cycle, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
-Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
-Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
