마켓 시식 행사 직원 (Market Demo / Sampling Staff)

포지션 개요
본 포지션은 남가주 지역 한인 마켓을 순회하며 오뚜기 제품의 시식 행사 및 제품 시연을 담당하는 현장 중심 역할입니다.
각 매장의 고객 특성과 분위기를 파악하여 제품을 효과적으로 소개하고, 브랜드 이미지를 긍정적으로 전달하는 것이 핵심 업무입니다.
장시간 서서 근무하며 제품을 조리, 설명하는 업무가 포함되며, 여러 마켓을 이동해야 하므로 운전이 필수입니다.
주요 업무
• LA 및 OC 지역 한인 마켓 내 시식 행사 운영
• 오뚜기 제품 조리 및 시식용 샘플 준비
• 고객 응대 및 제품 특징, 조리 방법, 활용법 안내
• 매장별 고객 특성에 맞춘 시식 진행 방식 조정
• 시식 품질 개선을 위한 재료 준비 및 현장 관리
• 시식 코너 정리 및 위생 안전 기준 준수
• Sales Part Leader 및 Sales팀과의 커뮤니케이션

자격 요건
필수 요건
• 한국어 가능자, 영어 어느정도 가능자 (고객 응대 필수)
• 고객 서비스 또는 대면 응대 업무에 거부감이 없는 분
• 장시간 서서 근무 및 간단한 조리가 가능한 분
• LA & OC 지역 마켓 이동이 가능한 운전 가능자
• 미국 내 합법적 근로 자격 보유 (비자 스폰서 불가)

Position
Market Demo / Sampling Staff
• Work Location: Korean markets in LA & Orange County
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Wednesday–Sunday)
• Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8-hour shift)
• This position is a field-based sampling role and is not a Coordinator position.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for conducting product sampling and demonstrations of Otoki products at Korean markets throughout Southern California.
The role requires understanding each store’s customer demographics and atmosphere to effectively introduce products and deliver a positive brand experience.
Duties include standing for extended periods, preparing and explaining products, and traveling between multiple market locations, therefore, driving is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate product sampling events at Korean markets in LA and OC
• Prepare and cook Otoki products for sampling
• Engage with customers and explain product features, cooking methods, and usage ideas
• Adjust sampling approaches based on each store’s customer profile
• Prepare additional ingredients and manage on-site operations to improve sampling quality
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards at the demo station
• Communicate with the Sales Part Leader and Sales team
• Follow company policies and on-site operational guidelines
• Attend monthly training sessions at Otoki America headquarters
Qualifications
Required
• Ability to communicate in Korean and English (essential for customer interaction)
• Comfortable with customer-facing and service-oriented work
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light cooking duties
• Valid driver with ability to travel between LA & OC market locations
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred
• Experience in market demos, promotions, sampling, or service-related roles
• Experience with food preparation or food-related work
• Friendly, positive, and engaging communication style
• Responsible individual seeking long-term employment
