주요 업무:
이 역할은 주로 시스템 개발팀과의 커뮤니케이션 및 비즈니스 분석 업무를 포함하며, 일부 사용자 인터페이스 및 애플리케이션 모듈 관리 업무도 수행하게 됩니다. 비즈니스 사용자와 개발팀 간의 요구사항을 분석하고 문서화하는 작업, 신규 개발 모니터링 및 테스트 등이 주요 책임입니다.
자격 요건:
IT 또는 MIS 관련 전공 학사 학위
한국어 및 영어 이중언어 가능자 (읽기, 쓰기, 말하기 모두 능숙해야 함)
필수 기술 및 역량:
시스템 분석 능력 및 XML을 포함한 시스템 인터페이스 관련 지식
시스템 및 비즈니스 프로세스 문서화 능력
비판적 사고, 분석력, 문제 해결 능력, 우선순위 설정 및 시간 관리 능력
협업을 위한 원활한 대인 관계 능력
명확하고 간결하게 정보를 전달할 수 있는 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력 (구두 및 문서 모두)
우대 사항:

e-Commerce Business Analyst
Job Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Budget: $6,600/month
Contract Period: 8/1/2025 – 2/28/2026
Responsibilities:
The role will primarily involve business analyst and communication with system development team work, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Responsibilities cover, analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business user and development team include monitoring and testing for new development.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline
· Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both
Required Skills:
· Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML
· Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation
· Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
· Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
· Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Skills:
· 1+ year of business process analysis experience preferred (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus)
· Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients
· Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes
· Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management
· Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different company divisions
· Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team
· Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus
