OC 에 있는 국내 대기업의 미국 지사에서 미국내 철강 영업을 담당할 인재를 구하고 있습니다.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform direct sales activities from securing purchase order to writing sales contracts
- Process customer orders to suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
- Prepare reports and documents in a structured approval template, related to steel purchasing
- Create detailed invoices, packing list as well as providing shipping schedules to customers
- Receiving claims from customers and preparing reports for compensation plans
- Issuing invoices to customers and managing A/R and expediting for collection of aging A/R
- Oversee shipping status and customers credit/payment status
- Report to head management and related H/Q team
- Monitor and analyze market pricing, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Perform other related work as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ year of work experience in STEEL industry
- Experience in a trading or import/export logistics preferred
- Proficiency of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
- Ability to work in a fast and multi-paced environment
- Team-oriented and collaborative interpersonal relationships
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship
