Duties/Responsibilities :
Perform day-to-day operation tasks, shipping arrangements, and input data.
Communicate with customers, vendors and overseas agents.
Prepare documents for import/export shipments.
Track and trace shipments.
Accounting - Entry Level/Experienced
Duties/Responsibilities :
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Assist preparing financial documents like balance, statements and cash flow statements.
Support monthly closing processes, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
Provide administrative support to accounting team, including data entry and file managements.
Qualifications and skills :
Bilingual preferred (English & Korean)
1+ year logistics or freight forwarding experience preferred
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
All candidates MUST be eligible to work in the US
$50,000 - $70,000 a year - Full Time
