Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations,
including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently,
cost-effectively, and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as lead time, cost, and service level.
• Procurement & Vendor Management:
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations.
• Logistics & Distribution:
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Inventory & Demand Planning:
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
• Mitigate risks related to supply disruptions and geopolitical factors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS certification preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
