저희는 Torrance지역에서 Japanese Sushi restaurant과 K-BBQ restaurant 두 레스토랑을 함께 운영중인 회사입니다.
현재 두 곳을 관리하실 성실한 매니저님을 구인 중에 있습니다.

직원 수가 약 60명 정도이고, 관련 업무를 보셨던 분이라면 무리없이 관리하실 수 있을거라 생각됩니다.
사장님께서 진심으로 정말 좋은 분이십니다. 어디에서도 쉽게 만나실 수 없는 분이라고 감히 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

1. 포지션 : General Manager
2. 위치 : Torrance, CA
3. 자격조건
 - Korean/English 둘 다 사용에 문제 없으신 분 (Spanish는 큰 +입니다.)
 - Sushi 레스토랑 매니저 경력이 필요합니다. (스시맨 경력은 큰 +입니다.)
 - K-BBQ 레스토랑 매니저로서의 경력은 없어도 되지만 있으면 큰 +입니다.
 - 자세한 근무 스케줄은 인터뷰시 협의 가능합니다.
 - 다양한 직원들과 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 대인능력이 필요합니다.
4. 급여조건
 - 연 $80,000 + 보너스

Hello,
We are currently operating both a Japanese Sushi restaurant and a K-BBQ restaurant in the Torrance area,
and we are looking for a dedicated General Manager to oversee both locations.
If the person has experience in this area, they should be able to manage it without any worries, even though the number of employees is around 60+.

1. Position: General Manager
2. Location: Torrance, CA
3. Qualifications:
 - Fluent in both Korean and English (Spanish is a big plus).
 - Requires experience as a manager in a Japanese restaurant (experience as a sushi chef is a HUGE plus).
 - Experience as a manager in a K-BBQ restaurant is not required but is a plus.
 - Detailed schedule can be discussed during the interview.
 - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse employees are required.
4. Compensation:
 - $80,000 per year + bonus
