ENTRY LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (PLACENTIA) – Construction
Job Duties:
1. Welcomes guests and responsible for answering phones throughout the day
2. Assist with the preparation of accounts payable register
3. Communicate with vendors as necessary to resolve payment issues.
4. Assist with transactions for integration from QuickBooks
5. Assist with credit card transactions, ensuring all transactions are billed to specific jobs
6. Monthly bank reconciliation; investigate items to be reconciled
7. Responsible for keeping the office organized and supplied.
8. Calculating, verifying accounts and general assistance for AP/AR, payroll, and finance
9. Daily duties assisting Executive Officer
Required Qualification:
1. Must be bilingual in Korean and English
2. Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
3. High level verbal and written communications skills
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
5. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
7. Must be eligible to work in U.S.
8. Discretion and confidentiality
Benefits includes: Lunch Break, Health insurance, 401K, holidays and vacation after probation period.
