Responsibilities:
The Loan Opener position coordinates the setup of mortgage loan files for the Loan
Officers and Processors. The Loan Opener provides support by preparing and reviewing loan documents, entering application information into the loan system, and work closely with all parties involved in the loan process including but not limited to customers, loan officers, underwriters, escrow, title, etc., to order and collect additional loan documentation.
