Genoray Co Ltd. is the No. 1 X-ray manufacturer in South Korea and is a publicly traded company on the KOSDAQ. specializing in both Medical and Dental systems. Genoray America Inc. is the American subsidiary office and has seen exponential growth since it expanded to the US market in 2009 and is seeking a new Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join the team.
Job Description:
- Create and process new sales orders and invoices through CRM and record sales and AR in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with Sales team and Customer service team to process orders efficiently
- Process payments from customers via website or phone and post transactions accordingly
- Create shipping labels for parcel shipments and coordinate all freight shipments
- Assist and maintain company’s AP/AR and account/bank reconciliation
- Support accounting manager and CFO for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Prepare various accounting/clerical tasks relating to the documentation, processing and filing of accounting and financial information
- Assist in preparation of weekly or monthly reports related to sales, expense, and inventory
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field preferred
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Accounting software experience using QuickBooks
- Strong, self-motivated team player
- Bilingual in Korean/English (Must be Proficient in English)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $50,000/yr depending on experience
