Job description
We are looking for someone who will understand the importance of utilizing a multifaceted approach to optimize our online presence, build brand awareness, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for digital marketing and content creation, with strong experience in the areas of photography, video editing, graphic design, and social media. The individual will be responsible for creative ideation and execution, monitoring/analyzing social media metrics, and more. In addition to the creative aspect, the job will require excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop engaging and informative content (photo, video, and/or written content) for various social media platforms.
· Integrate and curate UGC
· Utilize photography and video editing skills to create visually appealing content
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.
· Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
· Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Identify and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
· Monitor and analyze the success of our content and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
· Communicate with social audiences to build connections, resolve customer service issues, educate consumers on product inquiries
· Monitor customer sentiment, escalate any consumer concerns to appropriate team members and partner with customer service to ensure comments/questions are responded within an appropriate timeframe.
· Enhance best practices and meet brand social KPIs by tracking and reporting on trends and cultural moments,
· Initiate ways to harmoniously include our brand’s identity in the internet landscape and our customer’s feed.
· Take on other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of social media experience with key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
· Strong experience with photography, video, and graphic design
· Well-versed in social media platforms with an understanding in their relative algorithms
· Knowledge of best practices and content types for social platforms, including trend activation
· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
· Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from reliable sources
· Strong copywriting skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a multi-task environment, while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Videography & Photography: 1 year (Required)
• Photography/photo editing: 1 year (Required)
• Post Production: Must know Premier Pro (After Affects Is A Plus)
• Must know Photoshop & Lightroom
• Effective and Efficient Communication
• Its important to be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced work environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
