Current Air Clothing is a women's apparel manufacturer based out of Los Angeles, CA. We are professional, agile and fast-paced and rewarding.
Role:
• Visionary Leadership: Creative Directors must have a compelling and innovative vision for our brand, understanding its heritage and how to evolve it.
• Brand Storytelling: They need to communicate our brand’s story and creative direction effectively.
• Design Principles: While not the primary designer, they guide the design team and oversee design merchandising. Also, should be up to date with fashion trends and forecasts.
• Project Management: Will be responsible for the creative aspects of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Travel: Willing to travel to gain insight on current fashion trends.
Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a creative field such as fashion design, marketing, or fine arts.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar or creative role is required.
• Skills: A strong understanding of fashion, trends, garment construction, and fashion culture is essential. Additionally, solid communication, organizational skills, and project management abilities are crucial.
• Personality: The role demands someone driven, able to handle pressure, and capable of leading with authority.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Trade Show Manager
• Coordinate and plan for tradeshows throughout the year
• Assist in tradeshow prep, sample coordination, data entry and any additional administrative support for the sales team
• Manage team members to optimize sales performance
• Maintaining and growing the existing client base and building new client relationships
• Presenting the collections in the showroom, virtually, at trade shows and / or "on the road" (as needed).
• Verbal and written solicitation for appointments, sales calls etc
• Provide professional customer service and sales support via phone, email and in person
• Process orders and follow up with customers
Assistant Designer
• Young Contemporary line
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong fashion sense
• Organize samples, fabric, and follow up
• Bilingual in Korean and English
