As we grow, we're looking to fill two positions: a Tax Accountant and a Paralegal.
Position 1: Tax Accountant (Individual & Business Tax)
Responsibilities
• Tax Preparation & Review — Prepare and review Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and related filings; prepare supporting schedules and workpapers; use tax software such as CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx; tax consulting
• Client Communication — Request and manage tax-related documents from clients; respond to client inquiries and provide professional guidance; manage filing timelines and client satisfaction
• Outside Contractor Management — Coordinate work assignments and schedules with outside accountants and tax professionals; review outsourced work product for accuracy and consistency; serve as the point of contact for contracts, deliverables, and scheduling
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in individual and business tax preparation
• Solid understanding of the overall tax filing workflow
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Experience with CCH (Axcess, ProSystem fx) or similar tax software
• EA or CPA license preferred (candidates currently pursuing a CPA license are also welcome to apply)
• 1-3 years of experience at a CPA firm
Work Conditions
• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: Irvine, CA (headquarters)
• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year (negotiable based on experience, discussed at interview)

Position 2: Paralegal
Responsibilities
• Draft and structure trust documents, including Living Trusts and Irrevocable Trusts (Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, Gifting Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, IDGTs, etc.)
• Prepare Wills and assist in developing estate plans tailored to client needs
• Support corporate formation matters, including C-Corporations, LLCs, and Private Foundations, and draft related internal governance documents (Operating Agreements, Bylaws, Board Resolutions, etc.)
• Assist with review of commercial contracts
Qualifications
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning, trusts, or corporate law
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and handle sensitive client information with discretion
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
