About Leaders Cosmetics USA

Originating in South Korea, Leaders has been recognized as an early innovator in facial sheet masks and has helped introduce Korean skincare concepts and products to consumers around the world.
As we strengthen and reorganize our U.S. operations, we are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented **E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Coordinator** to support the continued development of our online retail, wholesale, fulfillment, and customer-service activities.

The Role
The E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Coordinator will help manage the day-to-day activities that keep our U.S. e-commerce business running smoothly.
Rather than focusing on only one function, this position works across customer orders, online marketplaces, product information, inventory, logistics, and administrative support. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling multiple priorities, communicating with different teams, and taking ownership of routine operational matters.
The position will work closely with Leaders Cosmetics USA management, third-party logistics providers, online marketplace partners, and our headquarters team in South Korea.

* Communicate potential inventory shortages or fulfillment issues to management.
* Coordinate with headquarters regarding incoming products, product availability, and operational matters when required.
Sales & Operational Reporting
* Prepare and maintain basic sales, order, inventory, and marketplace reports.
* Organize operational data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other company systems.
* Assist management in identifying sales trends, inventory movement, recurring customer issues, and workflow inefficiencies.
* Maintain organized electronic records relating to products, orders, marketplaces, and logistics.
U.S.–Korea Business Coordination
* Communicate with Leaders headquarters in South Korea regarding products, inventory, operational matters, and special projects.
* Assist in coordinating information and documentation between the U.S. office and headquarters.
* Support management with business initiatives related to the continued development and restructuring of U.S. operations.

* Help identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing workflows.
* Use available technology and AI-assisted tools appropriately to increase productivity and accuracy.
* Assist with new marketplace, product, customer-service, logistics, or administrative projects.
* Perform other reasonable business duties and special assignments as requested by management.
