We have a furnished private room available in our home. The room is $675 a month with high-speed internet and shared bath, utilities are not included ( $45~$65 per month ). You will not be living with landlord.
We are only looking for full-time male student who want to focus on studying, No party and No overnight guests. We are trying to create a good environment for students who just want to focus on school.
1.9 miles from CSULB/LBCC and its about 5 minutes drive, and in a great and safe residential neighborhood., convenient to get around. Also, close by Vons, Costco, Target, Trader Joe’s, McDonald, Subway, Starbucks.
• Bike Ride 12 mins to CSULB
• Bus #91 #92, #93 directly to CSULB and close by 405 freeway
• Full kitchen privileges
• There are tons of parking on the street
• laundry on site.
