액자 제작, 아트 프린팅, 미술 및 디자인 분야에 관심이 많고 한국어와 영어로 원활한 소통이 가능하신 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
1. 주요 업무 (Responsibilities)
고객 CS 및 이메일 관리: 매장 이메일(Primary Inbox) 관리, 커스텀 프레이밍/프린팅 문의 응대, 견적 및 주문 안내, 진행 상황 팔로업
대면 및 서면 소통: 방문 고객 응대 지원 및 한국어/영어 서면 커뮤니케이션
일반 매장 운영 지원: CS 관련 기록 관리 및 일상적인 매장 운영 지원
2. 자격 요건 (Qualifications)
근무 형태: In-Person 근무 (필수)
언어 능력: 한국어 및 영어 비즈니스 회화 및 이메일 작성 가능자 (Bilingual)
소통 능력: 친절하고 정확한 고객 응대 능력과 세심한 업무 처리 능력
3. 우대 사항 (Pluses)
포토샵(Photoshop) 및 Adobe Creative Cloud 기초 활용 가능자 우대
아트 관심도: 미술, 디자인, 프레이밍/프린팅 분야에 대한 관심 및 기본 이해도
커스텀 프레이밍, 프린팅, 갤러리 또는 아트 관련 업종 경험자 우대

About Us
Located in the LA Arts District, specializes in custom picture framing and fine art printing. We are looking for an organized, personable, and art-minded Customer Support & Communications Assistant to join our team in-person and oversee our day-to-day customer communication, quotes, and email inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Manage primary email inbox (info@pfgart.com), responding promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding custom framing, fine art printing, order status, and quotes.
Bilingual Communication: Handle both English and Korean correspondence with clients, artists, and vendors.
In-Store & Follow-up Support: Assist with general shop communications, tracking customer requests, and ensuring smooth client follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
On-Site Availability: Must be able to work In-Person at our LA Arts District location.
Language Skills: Fluent/Bilingual in English and Korean (written and spoken).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves (Pluses)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Creative Cloud for image formatting or file preparation.
Prior experience in custom framing, printing labs, galleries, or retail environments.
Art & Design Interest: A genuine interest or background in art, framing, design, or fine art printing.
