SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a driven Senior Wholesale Account Representative with an established book of business to bring in their own high-volume boutique accounts and drive immediate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage a portfolio of higher-volume boutique accounts, taking direct responsibility for driving revenue and growth across those stores.
• Actively prospect and open high-potential new accounts while managing and growing existing relationships.
• Attend tradeshows and markets, acting as a lead and/or co-lead salesperson in the booth. Coordinate all booth preparation, including packing, shipping, merchandising, setup, and breakdown.
• Share buyer and market feedback with design and leadership to help inform assortment planning, pricing, and delivery timing.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of wholesale apparel experience (brand or showroom) with a track record of relationship and revenue growth.
• 5+ years of tradeshow or market experience.
• Proven experience working with higher-volume accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently present to buyers and provide actionable feedback to our design team.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR/MANAGER
We are looking for a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to ensure our facility operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Operations Manager with essential daily tasks and workflow coordination.
• Supervise the receiving, outgoing, storage, and dispatching of goods in the warehouse while keeping inventory accurate and updated.
• Coordinate seamlessly with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and meet all deadlines.
• Process and fulfill orders using EDI systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and process.
• Experience processing orders using EDI systems.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with warehouse staff and other departments.
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
We are seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support our sales team and daily business functions. Full time or Part time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support general sales initiatives and daily operations.
• Process customer orders accurately and assist with wholesale account follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Must be a self-starter who can take initiative.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Able to multitask efficiently while remaining detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
