Store Manager & Sales Associate
N.CAT, Korea’s No. 1 accessory brand, is hiring a Store Manager and Sales Associates for our Brea Mall location.
N.CAT goes beyond simply selling products by creating a fun and engaging shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for motivated and responsible team members to grow with us as we continue expanding in the U.S. market.
1. Store Manager
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Classification: Exempt / Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations and sales performance
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Manage employee scheduling and store staffing
Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
Maintain high standards of customer service
Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
Manage inventory and product receiving
Oversee POS, payment, and daily settlement procedures
Communicate and report store operations to Korea headquarters
Implement company operating guidelines and manuals at the local store
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
At least one year of retail management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsible and organized with the ability to manage daily store operations
2. Sales Associate
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Full-Time / Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Assist customers with product selection and sales
Process transactions through POS
Maintain merchandise displays and store organization
Assist with inventory and product receiving
Support opening and closing duties
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Qualifications
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
Availability to work weekends and during mall operating hours
