We are looking for someone passionate about Food and Beverage operations to join our team!


OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles
Salary Range:  $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting the Company with the daily requirements of overseeing all relevant food safety regulations, policies, and procedures at a company brand operating stores;
Verifying quality control, food safety procedures and documentation; solve food safety issues; and assist with HACCP, FSMA, and GMP compliance;
Conducting store inspections, the development of brand education programs, and standard operating procedures;
Responsible for production inspections and proper storage;
Developing, maintaining, and updating all records, manuals, training procedures, product spec books that pertain to food safety and quality control; and
Performing other duties as required by Management
Daily store operation assistance to the store manager by monitoring, supervising, training, communicating, guiding and directing.
Making sure staffing meets the company’s labor budget standards.
Making sure purchasing meets the company’s COGS standards.
Monitoring and controlling store maintenance
Logistics for purchase transactions to follow up such as but not limited to providing invoices to the accounting department and getting approval from the CEO.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement
Relevant knowledge in food and beverage operations , especially in safety
Knowledge in Google Workspace and tech savvy
Knowledge is store operations and logistics
Strong communication and organization skills
