- Microsoft Office, 컴퓨터에 능숙하신 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 가진 분
- Bilingual; able to communicate in both Korean and English
2. 담당업무
- 파일로 된 영수증을 당사의 시스템에 정확히 기록
- 데이터를 입력 후 필요시 담당자와 전화로 소통
- 기본적인 회계 업무 처리 (Training제공)
3. 근무 환경
- 급여: $20/hr
- Office setting
- 계약기간: 정규직
- 근무시간: Mon – Fri (8AM – 5PM with 1 hour lunch)

Looking for a Data Entry Clerk & Accounting Assistant to join the R&M Pacific Rim team.
Our company operates and manages gas stations throughout Orange County with a headquarter office in La Mirada, CA.
Data Entry Clerk
1. Qualifications
- Accounting experience or background is preferred (but not required)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual; able to communicate in both Korean and English
2. Job Description
- Transfer data from source material (ex. Receipts) into proprietary software
- In cases of missing or incomplete source material, communicate with custodians of the source material to make sure it is provided
- Responsible for assisting Accountants with basic tasks (experience not required; training will be provided)
3. Benefits and Work Environment
- Pay rate: $20/hr
- Office setting in La Mirada, CA right off the I-5
- Full time
- Schedule: Mon – Fri (8AM – 5PM with 1 hour lunch)
