We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our finance team and support our accounting operations.
Job Description: The Accounting Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the company's day-to-day financial operations. This role will involve maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial data management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and ensure accurate financial data management
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
• Support for administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel and Word
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
