Bilingual Front Desk & Client Experience Specialist (Korean/English)

Hanok K-Beauty is a the top trending 4,500-square-foot luxury skincare and facial spa and medspa rooted in Korean beauty culture and focused on premium Korean skincare products, advanced facial treatments, and exceptional client experiences.
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our Beverly Hills team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, thrives in a luxury customer service environment, and is passionate about Korean skincare and beauty.
This position is heavily focused on front desk operations, client experience, retail sales, package sales, and service recommendations. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with clients, knowledgeable about Korean skincare products and services, and motivated by hourly plus large commission earning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Check clients in and out using POS and booking software
Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings
Recommend skincare services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail products
Drive retail and service sales through personalized consultations and recommendations
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize retention and rebooking
Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes
Assist with administrative and front desk operations
Collaborate closely with providers and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
Uphold Hanok K-Beauty's luxury service standards and brand image
Qualifications Required:
Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal) A MUST*
Prior experience in customer service, front desk, reception, sales, hospitality, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, medical spa, or related industries
Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with Korean skincare products, brands, ingredients, and facial services
Preferred:
Experience in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic retail, or luxury hospitality environments
Experience with membership sales and retail sales
Experience working with high-profile clientele, celebrities, athletes, executives, and influencers
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

$27-30/hr compensation, depending on experience and availability
