Job description:
1. B2C & B2B Fulfillment Coordinator
• Manage B2C and B2B customer orders
• Manage picking, packing, labeling, and shipment processing
• Customer service - email and phone
• Manage shipping schedules and daily workflows
• Support return processing and operations
Requirements:
• B2C/B2B fulfillment or logistics experience is preferred
• Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills required
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Legal status to work in US
2. Warehouse Assistant
• Assist with inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Organize pallets and inventory -WMS
• Assist with container unloading and outbound shipments
• Manage packing materials and warehouse supplies
• Support other warehouse operations
Requirements:
• Warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Legal status to work in US
