Full Time Assistant Self Storage Manager
Self Storage has an immediate opening for an Assistant Full Time Manager, in Van Nuys
If you are energetic and have a proven record of providing outstanding customer service and closing the sale, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate will enjoy renting storage spaces and answering and responding to telephone calls and emails about rentals and tenant issues.
•Compensation: $4,000 per month or more
• Sales, occupancy, and delinquency management of the facility
• Keeping the facility rented by utilizing advertising, promotional, and customer relation skills as approved by the upper management office
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer problems, and handling all telephone and walk-in inquires
• Show rent and clean storage units and sell and maintain inventory of moving and packing material
• Keep all required files in order as directed by upper management
• Clean grounds, halls, and vacant spaces as needed. Clean office and restrooms daily
• Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as a visual inspection daily
• Effectively, honestly and positively communicate with customers and upper management
Qualifications:
-Sales, basic computer operations, and self-storage software experience preferred
-Requires excellent customer service
-Experience Required Education Required: Hight School or equivalent
-Jb Status: Full Time Hours/Shifts:
-Hard Working & Honest
-Speaking English and Korean
- Valid Driver License with reliable transportation
-Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to problem solving and conflict resolutions skills
-Ability to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, weather, noise extremes and chemical, debris and traffic hazards
