* Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned project
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients as well as subcontractors, vendors, and materials suppliers to develop project schedules, attend meetings, and track plan revisions and addenda.
- Utilize computer-aided drafting/design software for construction purposes and plan review.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and guide installation workers
- Proactively anticipate and resolve field-related challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to come up with cost effective solutions
* Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
* 1~2 years of construction project management experience preferred
* Basic understanding of CAD and PDF for plan reading, printing, and distribution required.
* Bi-lingual in Korean required
