Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support HR and office operations, with additional responsibility for basic accounting support.
This role is primarily focused on HR administrative functions, including payroll support, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance-related tasks, while also assisting with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) and other accounting-related activities.
The scope of responsibilities may evolve over time based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
HR & Office Support
• Support HR administrative functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding
• Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and employee record maintenance
• Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation
• Support benefits administration and HR compliance-related tasks
• Coordinate with HR/payroll vendors as needed
• Provide general office and administrative support
• Provide general administrative and operational support as requested by management
Accounting Support
• Prepare and manage invoices and related documentation
• Assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP / AR)
• Support payment processing and sales commission tracking
• Perform data entry and maintain internal accounting records
• Assist management with day-to-day operational and financial support

Qualifications
• Prior HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting tasks (AP / AR)
• Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems is a plus
• Experience with Netsuite or similar accounting software is a plus
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
