Role Description:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to join a team dedicated to fire safety? We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. The General Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting department leads with day-to-day tasks related to general office duties including data entry, accounting, contacting customers, organizing, and assisting with purchase orders, etc.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in general office duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: 1769 E 23rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058
Compensation: range between $36K to $60K Annual Salary [Depending on experience]
