1. Import Operation Specialist(Experienced)
 
At least 4 years of freight forwarding experience required.
 
Job description
• Managing overseas shipping processes, arranging and following up on shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
• Coordinating with various vendors, such as shipping lines and trucking companies.
• Supporting overall logistics and shipping operations.
• Managing data entry and handling other documentation tasks efficiently.
 
Qualifications required
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea
• Prior experience in a similar bilingual import/export role is a plus
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must be able to legally work in the Unites States

2. HR/Admin Staff
 
Job Responsibilities
 Human Resources (HR) Support
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Help coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR database systems
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, memos, and letters
• Support payroll and benefits processing (e.g. timekeeping, leave tracking, insurance enrollment)
• Assist with HR compliance and audits, including labor law updates and documentation
• Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Help organize employee engagement activities (e.g. team events, surveys, newsletters)
• Support performance review cycles by tracking schedules and compiling evaluation forms
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Administration
• Manage office supplies and inventory, place orders as needed
• Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and facility management
• Assist with company events, meetings, and business travel arrangements
• Maintain records of vendor contracts and office-related expenses
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office environment
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
• Liaise with external service providers and internal departments
 
Qualifications Required

Job description
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support conflict resolution and performance management processes
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Conduct and coordinate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits and required reporting
Benefits & Leave Administration
- Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment
- Track and process leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, etc.)
Training & Development

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources generalist role

4. Customs Compliance Coordinator (Entry)
 Job description
• Assisting with entry preparation and data input
• Reviewing and organizing import/export documents
• Supporting compliance and filing requirements
• Providing general administrative assistance to the brokerage team
