Import Coordinator (Entry)

Job description
Import Operation (Entry)
• Process and manage import shipments.
• Data input / documentation.
• Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed.

Qualifications required:
• Must be able to legally work in the Unites States
• No Experience REQUIRED. We will train you.
• Fluent in English & Korean.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay range :  $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Import Operation Specialist(Experienced)
Effective Date: TBD Classification: Hourly (for anyone below Assistant Manager position); Salaried (for anyone at or above Assistant Manager position)
 
At least 3 years of freight forwarding experience required.

Job description
• Import Operation (Experienced)
• Managing overseas shipping processes, arranging and following up on shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
• Coordinating with various vendors, such as shipping lines and trucking companies.
• Supporting overall logistics and shipping operations.
• Managing data entry and handling other documentation tasks efficiently.

Qualifications required
• Experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility.
• Bilingual Language skills a plus

HR Generalist(Experienced)

2~4 years of HR experience required.

Job description
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support conflict resolution and performance management processes
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Support audits and reporting as needed
Benefits & Leave Administration
- Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment
- Track and process leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, etc.)
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and help maintain training records
- Support employee development initiatives and compliance training
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to policy updates and internal communications

Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2~4 years of HR experience in a generalist role
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Korean Bilingual is a plus

Job Summary:
The Exports/Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily inventory management and logistics functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Experience is not necessary – we welcome applicants with or without experience.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
