I’ve gotten pretty picky after numerous searching but luckily, was able to find this place.
I’m one of the renters here, and I can genuinely vouch for its positive, pleasant environment.
Posting just to help out and recommend a solid place for anyone currently looking.
- Location perks:
Close to Target, Ralphs, Vons, Aldi, banks, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc.
Easy freeway access near the 60 and 15, with quick connections to the 10 as well.
- Parking / outdoors:
Safe, calm neighborhood, I’ve personally felt comfortable taking evening walks around here.
Plenty of street parking, and there’s a public park right in front of the community, great for walks and light exercise.
- Included:
Rent includes internet + all utilities, and filtered water is provided. There’s also a washer & dryer, plus a bidet in the upstairs bathroom.
Spacious shared kitchen available with an induction stove, microwave, and others.
The room lighting is electric/smart, so you can digitally adjust the brightness, color, and the fan speed.
The landlord is very kind and keeps the home clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
