Private 1 Bedroom/1Bathroom. Home is in Irvine, CA, located near Woodbury Town Center/OC Great Park/5 freeway off Sand Canyon. Room is a private room (with private bathroom) located upstairs in the house with another tenant in the second room upstairs. The bathroom is detached but right next to the bedroom (see picture). Room is for single tenant only, 6 month lease minimum and thereafter month-to-month.
A security deposit of $1,000 is required at signing. Room comes furnished with a night/bed stand, full size bed, and a large drawer in the closet for use (e.g., storage of clothing). The desk and chair, as well as the red chair (in pictures) are no longer there.
Laundry and dryer machine are on site and plenty of street parking. Access to kitchen is okay but MUST be cleaned and organized when it comes to cleaning up and washing dishes after yourself. Will be occupying the house with me and my mom (both rooms downstairs), as well as a young maltipoo dog. No other pets allowed. No couples allowed and no overnight guests.
Price includes all utilities. Looking for a courteous and respectful tenant. Preferably a working professional/grad student (no parties/smoking). If interested, please message with some background information about yourself and intended date to move in.

서명 시 보증금 $1,000가 필요합니다. 객실에는 나이트/침대 스탠드, 풀 사이즈 침대, 옷장 내 대형 서랍(예: 옷 보관)이 갖춰져 있습니다. 책상과 의자, 빨간색 의자(사진 속)도 더 이상 존재하지 않습니다.
세탁 시설과 건조기가 구내에 마련되어 있으며 거리 주차 공간도 많습니다. 주방 이용은 괜찮지만, 직접 설거지하고 설거지할 때는 깨끗이 정리정돈해야 합니다. 저와 엄마(두 방 모두 아래층)와 어린 말티푸 개와 함께 집을 차지할 예정입니다. 다른 애완동물은 허용되지 않습니다. 커플은 허용되지 않으며 숙박 손님도 허용되지 않습니다.
