## 자격 요건
- Denim 또는 Apparel Production 관련 실무 경력자
- Denim Production Process에 대한 전반적인 이해
- 해외 공장과 직접 Communication 및 Production Follow-up이 가능한 분
- Fabric, Wash, Fit, Construction 및 Garment Quality에 대한 이해
- Sample부터 Bulk Production까지 독립적으로 관리 가능한 분
- 여러 Style 및 Production Schedule을 동시에 관리할 수 있는 분
- 책임감 있고 Follow-up이 정확한 분
- 업무상 영어 Communication 가능자

# NOW HIRING – DENIM PRODUCTION MANAGER
A denim company located in Vernon, CA is seeking an experienced Denim Production Manager.
## Responsibilities
- Manage the overall denim production process from sample development through bulk production
- Communicate and follow up directly with overseas factories and vendors
- Manage production and delivery schedules
- Review and manage PP Samples, TOP Samples, Size Sets, and other production approval samples
- Follow up on fabric, wash, trims, garment construction, and product corrections
- Coordinate fit, measurements, specifications, and sample revisions
- Identify and resolve production issues including quality problems, wash variation, shrinkage, and sewing issues
- Monitor fabric, trims, and overall production status
- Track order quantities, production progress, and shipment schedules
- Coordinate QC and final inspections
- Manage production schedules for reorders and new orders
- Coordinate production matters with internal Design and Sales teams
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in denim or apparel production
- Strong understanding of the denim production process
- Experience communicating directly with overseas factories and managing production follow-up
- Knowledge of denim fabric, wash, fit, garment construction, and quality
- Ability to independently manage production from sample stage through bulk production
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styles and production schedules
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up
- Ability to communicate in English for daily business operations
