<Production Manager>
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track production schedules, POs, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time production and shipment
- Oversee production data, trackers, and documentation accuracy
- Manage QC-related documentation, returns, and debit memo tracking
- Identify risks, delays, or discrepancies and communicate proactively
Qualifications
- At least 5~10 years or more experience in apparel production or manufacturing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple styles and timelines simultaneously
- Team work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Hourly Pay : Starting $30/hour ~ (Vary depending on your experience)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
< Designer >
- Majored in Fashion Design
- At least 5~10 years or more Import designer experience required
- Communication and follow up on with overseas vendors
- Knowledge of garment construction & manufacturing process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CAD programs (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Proficient in CAD work and techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Hourly Pay : Starting $30/hour ~ (Vary depending on your experience)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
