■ 주요 업무 및 요구 능력
•draw up production schedules
•prepare reservation orders
•responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries
•must be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking
•operate kitchen equipment, including mixer, microwave, and oven
•inform supervisors when equipment is not working correctly and manage when food supplies are getting low
•measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and established standards
•ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
•maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
•follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
•receive and stock incoming supplies as needed
•organize and maintain inventory
•must be able to manage time and skills with strong organization
•ability to lift 50 lbs
•ability to stand for long periods
•good communication skills
•perform other related duties as assigned

•5:30 AM ~ 12:00 PM
■ 근무 형태
•파트 타임 (주 3~4일); 현재 [수,목,토] 주 3일 스케줄링 필수로, 해당 요일에 근무 가능한 분만 지원 가능합니다 :)
