**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team. The Field Supervisor will oversee and manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations on job sites
- Utilize property management and contractor software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee project specifications are met
- Utilize Appfolio, Housecall Pro, Microsoft Office software for project management
- Provide guidance and support to field staff on project tasks
- Manage project documentation and reporting
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in field management
- Proficiency in using Housecall Pro and Appfolio.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
