The Accounting & Finance Manager will manage the financial statement, systems, and processes needed to support the organization's strategic objectives. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and manage/supervise a team of accountants and financial professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of the organization's financial management
• Oversee bookkeeping and journal entry including accounts payable, accounts receivables, monthly reconciliations, budgets, and all business-related expenses
• Ensure fiscal compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal financial policies
• Manage coordination of audit activities, tax preparation, and related filings
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports to upper management
• Analyze profitability of all corporate events
• Response to internal/external accounting/finance audit
• Cost of goods sold management
• Asset Management
• Provide insights from financial aspect for all business activities to related team
• Identify financial efficiency
• Yearly budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of corporate accounting
• Experience with external audit is plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis process, and financial operations
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience preparing financial statements, financial modeling, and oral/written reports to upper management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is must
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal team members
• Bilingual in Korean is a must
