● Maintain A/R and A/P bookkeeping in Quick Book
● Perform daily accounting activities (Collection from customers, and payment to vendors)
● Process purchase orders and issuing invoices
● General office administrative and support tasks.
● Monthly bank reconciliation
● Answering the Phone
