b. 현제 작업방식과 추천 작업방식을 side by side 비교하여 PPT 제공
c. 작업방식 변경에따른 cost saving또는 작업효율 증가 계산하여 PTT제공
d. 필요한 layout변경과 MHE추천, 그리고 그에따른 투자금액과 ROI계산 제공
3. WMS Implementation
a. 현장 방문을 통해 현제 사용중이거나 설치중인 WMS기능들을 리뷰후 개선될수있는 부분 추천
b. Receiving process
c. Picking process
d. Packing process
e. Shipping process
f. Inventory management
4. WMS를 설치중이거나 새로운 WMS를 찾고계실 경우, vendor추천 또는 기존 vendor와 협상/프로젝트 진행
a. KPI리포트 제공
b. 기존 KPI리포트 리뷰후 변경되어야할 부분들 추천
c. 필요한 KPI리포트 추천(Ex. UPH per picker, CPH per picker, Throughput by department, etc)
d. 필요시, daily/weekly KPI리포트 제공
