Edit By Nine, a leading fashion company, is seeking a talented and experienced Import Designer to join our dynamic team. If you are a fashion school graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the industry, proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and possess a keen eye for detail, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create inspiration boards, color palettes, and print selections for each season's collection.
Oversee the production of designs and fittings, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Stay updated with industry trends and conduct thorough market research.
Collaborate effectively with team members and international counterparts.
Demonstrate proficiency in garment construction, fitting, various fabrics (woven and knit), and trim.
Travel internationally as needed to oversee production and sourcing processes.
Requirements:
Fashion school graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant line.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Motivated and extremely detail-oriented individual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines consistently.
Experience in the young contemporary line sector is preferred.
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year.
